Shredder’s Revenge is a trilogy of three crystal shards that are scattered throughout three distinct episodes. They can be found in episodes 13, 11 and 15.

The first crystal shard can be found located in the Natural History Museum in episode 11. There are a variety of enemies inside an industrial warehouse. After you have defeated all opponents, you will discover the crate right before entering the next zone. There will be your first crystal shard inside the crate.

Second crystal fragment will be near the end on the thirteenth episode. There is mid-boss in this episode. As you defeat him , a huge opening in the floor will open. A crate in the top in the gap can reward you with a two crystals shards.
