Windows 11 arriving free upgrade officially on 5th October by Microsoft: Today Microsoft officially announced that they are releasing Windows 11 on 5th October 2021. The update is provided as free to the eligible window 10 PCs.

Microsoft will roll out Windows 11 in phases, with older systems receiving it after the newest devices within the international markets. On their new blog, Microsoft confirmed that the rollout is going to be “phased and measured with attention on quality.” The Microsoft company expects to finish the rollout to all or any supported devices by the mid of next year.

The new Windows OS will accompany a totally redesigned layout with the latest position for the start menu, new icons and themes, softer visuals, and more such changes. It also brings several performance improvements as compared to Windows 10. Now promising more power efficiency and 40 % smaller updates it will be run within the background.

An important feature is going to be the inclusion of Android apps on the Windows OS for the first time. However, Microsoft clarifies that the inclusion of Android apps to Windows 11 will “start with a preview for Windows Insiders over the approaching months.” Though Microsoft claims to be performing on it together with Amazon and Intel, the consequences won’t be seen on consumer PCs before next year.

Windows 11 also comes with the latest Microsoft Store that features an all-new design. It brings new features like Stories – editorial content to stay you informed about the simplest apps and a replacement pop-up store to put in apps from the browser.

The new Microsoft Store also introduces several changes for developers, including support for more sorts of apps also as a choice to bring their own or a 3rd party commerce platform in their apps.

Download Microsoft’s PC Health check in your PC > Open the File > Agree with terms and conditions > Click Install > and then Finish

If your PC is not eligible for Windows 11 then you’ll get a popup message on the screen says. “This PC doesn’t currently meet Windows 11 system requirements.

  • Option 2: Use the WhyNotWin11 app to check Compatibility

A new open-source app WhyNotWin11 is an alternative option to Microsoft’s PC health Check. Maybe it can be worked because we are not sure that the open-source app will be worked or not.

  • Option 3: Checking Microsoft list of system Requirements

There is another option to check compatibility by reading the list of System specifications on the Microsoft website.
